Policies
Please note the 9:00 AM time stamp indicates the beginning of sledding. The time indicated on your admission reservation is for entry to the Zoo. For example, if your admission reservation is for 10:00 AM, you may enter at 10:00 AM and sled until 3:00 PM. Tickets are non-refundable and only good for Snow Leopard Festival sledding. The Zoo will provide sleds. Personal sleds are not allowed.
